An absolutely incredible experience at the Somatic Yoga teacher training in September 2023. The accommodation was superb, the food was some of the best, healthiest and varies I’ve experience and the course itself was curated with care and delivered with passion. Maria is a wonderful, knowledgeable teacher. She also brought in other facilitators to share their modalities, all of whom were informed, enthusiastic, warm and wonderful! I enjoyed every bit of the course, the only problem being that I had to leave!!! If you’re thinking about it, you should do it!
